say that there is good music in Japan This is partly truth. I lived there a year and never knew absolutely nothing good. Of course, my range was very small, being a teenager just starting to listen Flod Pink and Led Zeppelin. But anyway, even here in Brazil that is not in vogue is partially known, albeit quite superficial. Good composers like Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Tom Jobin, are names for recognition. Of popular taste could not extract anything relevant. I was interested, however, classical music, but I did not do any serious research, I know only a few albums. In popular music I just had the opportunity to learn more through blogs, here in Brazil.
I chose four albums to definitely change the idea that there is good music in Japan Peo ple, Uganda, Morio Agata and Geinoh Yamashirogumi. The last met recently and was very excited! A happy discovery, and I have great pride in passing to you.

For those wanting to know more progressive music of Japan indicate this awesome blog: "Japan old prog."
